Welcome to Diamondback Creative. These Terms & Conditions explain how I provide services and what you can expect when working with me. By using this website or booking services, you agree to these terms.

1. About Diamondback Creative

Diamondback Creative is a small creative studio based in the UK. I provide branding, website design, and consultancy services for individuals and small businesses.

2. Services

  • All services will be agreed in writing before starting (email confirmation or written proposal).
  • Each project will include a clear scope of work (what’s included, timeline, and costs).
  • Work outside of the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.

3. Payments

  • A 50% deposit is required before I begin work, unless otherwise agreed.
  • The remaining balance is due on completion, before final files, websites, or designs are handed over.
  • Payments must be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or another agreed method.
  • Late payments may delay delivery of work.

4. Revisions

  • Each project includes one round of reasonable revisions unless stated otherwise.
  • Additional revisions may be charged at an agreed hourly or project rate.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Once the full payment has been received, you own the rights to the final deliverables.
  • Diamondback Creative reserves the right to display completed work in my portfolio, unless agreed otherwise.
  • Drafts, unused concepts, and working files remain the property of Diamondback Creative.

6. Timelines

  • Project timelines will be agreed at the start.
  • Delays caused by missing content, late feedback, or client-side changes may extend delivery dates.

7. Cancellations

  • If you cancel a project after work has started, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • If I am unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be refunded any payments made for work not yet delivered.

8. Liability

  • Diamondback Creative is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • While I take care to build secure and functional websites, I cannot guarantee 100% uptime, security, or compatibility with all devices/browsers.

9. Privacy

I respect your privacy and handle personal data in line with my Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
